Responsive.
Consistent, do a good job, and Kim is friendly.
The new person that started about a month ago has improved; however, the quality of the cleaning is not what it was with the other cleaning crew member. More attention to detail needed with dusting, all waste baskets emptied, etc.
Be consistent in cleaning. If everything is done as outlined in the cleaning schedule, I would have no complaints. Today, our employee restroom floor is dirty and sticky. This should never be acceptable. I feel that I have to remind your staff of basic services that are covered in our cleaning schedule.
Prompt service, couteous employees, does a job that is over and above what is expected.
I trust the company -- pure and simple.
Improve the quality of the cleaning services provided. Thoroughly clean the site.
Payment seems to be to much for just emptying trash and wiping down beds every night. Also the blinds in the waiting room need dusting along with many other elements in the clinic. ie, pictures in Melissa's office and the tops of the computers could be wiped of. But I do have admit I have not said anything about it, but I am now so will you please pass the message on. Also there could be room for improvement and I know there are things I am leaving out that the girls have fussed about, I will try to make a list of them at later time. Thank you Barbara Hodge
I have been communicating weekly with Tony Clausen regarding the issues we've been having.
In the Alabama Region the initial transition from our local service providers to Svc Master, was excellent for the most part, of course with the ususal bumps. But... whenever concerns were expressed, your Mgmt Team here in Alabama stepped up immediately and enhanced their services to ensure our satisfaction was met.
They truly have proven that this 'change was good' for our Region... we continue to ensure that great communication is kept, and that our expected goals are always on the rise.
And... your Team has continued to climb, we have rec'vd compliments and recognition from our staff and visitors at a couple of our facilities that were unheard of before Svcs Master came on board.
I would like to recognize two of your three Alabama Mgmt Team Members, who make us look great:

We have alot of new girls that come and go. the new people are not trained to do what we need done or what is in the contract.
Your service is good for me, however, I am very reluctant to make recommendations of any kind.
Great caring people and good work.
Our counters/ledges and bathroom stall walls are rarely cleaned.
We have had several different people come in to clean. We seem to be having difficulty getting a consistent person and therefore things are being left uncompleted and/or forgotten.
Friendly, knowledgable staff who are on time and get things done efficiently.
Reliable.
Hourly personnel at the River Market and Transportation Museum who are not supervised are constantly on their phones, hiding in the bathrooms or have disappeared. Maybe a more reliable employee who does not need supervision can be assigned to these one people positions.
Supervisors communicate helpful information in a timely manner. They quickly follow up and respond to questions and concerns. Service Master's comprehensive and detailed guidelines and work models combined with corporate management support give their team the tools to be a success.
Fast and very clean. My building looks great ALL the time
The gentleman we had first, Kenny, was fantatsic. His replacement is no where near as good.
It would be nice if you could get the "quiet" vacuum back that was used when you first started service with us. Appraently another employee took the one assigned to our person and he has not gotten another one.
Consistency in cleaning as per outlined tasks.
The person currently doing the weekly cleaning is not doing a good job and apparently no supervisor is inspecting their work. I have written several comments in the log as to items which need to be addressed and my comments have not been inquired about or responded to either by that person or their supervisor
As with all new services, we're still in the transition stage.
Svc Master has been with us for two months... at four of our five locations.
Thus far any concerns we've had have been address.

We have been having some problems with staff at River Market with part time staffing. We need more consistent staffing - we have had some problems with staff sleeping and performing poorly. Overall we like the results of cleaning at the AMP and management is always willing to fix anything we need.

The people and the efficiency to which the job is done. I'm always pleased with the work Mrs. Sara and Antonio provide.
