The only negative is that I think the North Tonawanda store was more organized when it came to closing the deal on our previous coaches, than the OP store was this time.

Your staff is so helpful. Lawrence N in Service helped us get a replacement AC unit last fall, then held it for us until our Airstream came out of storage. His customer service skills are top-notch! He greeted us Tuesday and we immediately felt like the repair would go smoothly. Your parts department also helped with some additional purchases. We were very comfortable with our visit.

We had a sales person, Sean P., who talked to us as often as we called and really tried to do what needed to be done in the time frame we had.
When we picked up the RV there was another person who answered our questions and even demonstrated how to open the manual awning. He took time with us and we didn't feel rushed.
We are very happy with the results and we would highly recommend you because of service we received.

Everyone at the dealership is knowledgeable and super friendly. Had a great experience purchasing my clipper 9.0.
I needed to have my new camper dewinterized very quickly as an unexpected medical trip is upon me next week. When I explained my situation, you had us there within two days! There is now an issue with the hot water tank and you're staff is bending over backwards to get us back in there and get the problem resolved quickly.
The 9 is only due to the fact that the hot water tank comparment door hadn't been relocked and dropped open on our way home.
Everyone was polite and very helpful.
So far, they have done a very good job with service.

I recently purchased a 42 foot Class A Motorhome from Colton RV in North Tonowanda. As a used RV, it needed a few things repaired, which I requested. I thought, as with past requests of this type to other people; they will deny it or jury rig it etc. I kept waiting for the old “screw you deal” that never happened. Colton RV completely repair it and repaired things they found that I didn’t even know about. I would recommend them in the highest, and I have never done that to any agency. They were the most pleasant and accommodating people I’ve ever dealt with, from Craig in Sales to Jeff in finance. They are among the best if not the best. Don’t buy an RV until you visit Colton.
