The main reason I continue to use Terminix is because of the great service from Francisco Garcia. He is always pleasant and professional. And keeps me informed of both of my locations. Very impressed with him. Another reason is the customer service. My most recent call was about a simple question of mine. She was so kind, helped me and we laughed. I tried to speak to her supervisor to make sure they knew of her excellent service, yet she said feedback was the best way. This was not my first time with great customer service, it has happened before.

Technician James is consistent with the service he provides. Here are some examples: A few days before my scheduled service, I receive a text reminder from James. The day of service, I receive a message that James is enroute.
James notifies me upon arrival, plus answers any questions and/or requests shared.
Tech's that service my home are always friendly and make sure they address all of my concerns and answer all questions. They always offer to come back if any issues occur between quarterly visits. Great job!
