I like that the Terminix calls before thy come and asks if there are any issues and then lets you know what they did and what they found if there is a problem. The employees are very nice and respectful of the property.

Josh did a great job with my mom house. My mom house was heavily infested with small cockroaches and his first extermination did a great job. since I'm getting new furniture for my mom i wanted him to come out again to really hit the kitchen and interior hit hard

I liked that I am texted and called before my appointment. I like that a summary is provided as to what the technician used and did to the perimeter of our home. I like that they notify me when service is completed and what they saw and did.

I don't have to remind, they do very timely. Even invoices are over looked and pay couple of days late, never charge late fee.
