We have used Terminix for almost 30 years and have never had any issues. I especially like our current technician, Nakinja McMoore. He is exceptional in his job and takes the time to provide a thorough service. He never rushes and always listens and addresses any of our concerns. You surely need more employees like Nakinja!! He's a keeper!

I appreciated getting notified of my appt 4 days in advance (getting called on Friday with a Tuesday appt). I have a dog and have locks on my gate so I need to bring my dog inside and unlock the gate.
My main complaint was not being notified in ample time. This did not happen. Thank you.

I am just very pleased with the service
My service person, Kyle McLaughlin always provides excellent service. He calls the day before he is coming to my house and does excellent work. The only thing I would like is to have the results of my service sent to my email address as it's difficult to read on my mobile phone due to the small print. However, Kyle would let me know before leaving my property if he had any concerns. Thank you.
