We live in a ranch home built approx 1938 on sand and dirt. We moved in 33 years ago and the house was remodeled approximately 38 years ago. We lived with the the occasional ants, spiders and various bugs indoors and outdoors for years.
When we got the swarm of termites that invaded and died, I called Terminix. We became customers for the terminte treatment and for the regular quarterly treatments. We love our regular inspector, Rich, who is there for us whenever we call.
I would highly reccommend this service, but I would tell them that the prices are getting high. I am a senior citizen and it is difficult to get so many increases in one year.
Terminix fixed the problem located on the exterior portion of our house. No more hornets!

While I like my rep, this survey is horrible. I have multiple properties with multiple reps. Who am I evaluating? The Grade school kid that created the survey needs to be replaced.
My quarterly service technician Julius is GREAT, he always communicates before & after every service. However, I recently had an Inspector come out to "help" with bees that had gotten into my crawl space and house, but unfortunately he was NO Julius. The inspector did arrive on time, but he basically just shrugged his shoulders and said "there's nothing we can do, so you have to call another pest control provider that handles bees." He rattled off the name of another company and seemed surprised when I asked if he could perhaps text it to me or email it, since we were standing in my driveway at the time. I had also been told by your call center the day before that Terminix would be able to contract to a bee service for us, but the inspector said that was not the case. I called the provider the inspector referred me to and never heard back from them to schedule service. Therefore, I found my own provider instead and for the low low price of $500 I was able to resolve my own issue.
