I have been a Terminix customer ( termite , residence, and exclusion plans ) for many years. My Terminix team provides courteous, prompt, and professional service consistently. Shout out to my residential tech, Rich B. Rich goes above and beyond to answer all questions and concerns regarding each quarterly pest control ; he is always on time and thorough, and always makes sure our gates are secure before leaving. Excellent .

Both Billy and Nick responded quickly to my initial call with concerns. Nick then did an entire inspection of the house and then scheduled a walk through with me soon after that. Didn't take long to get a proposal and he then walked me through that over the phone. Very easy to work with!

William was amazing. He came to the door, asked how everyone/everything was, and answered my numerous questions regarding termites. Due to this in the next 1 to 2 years we most likely will be looking into installing termite protection. As long as Willam remains our service technician, We will continue to be Terminex customers.

Service was great but I believe I was overcharged.I was initially charged $266.43 for a one time service but changed to quarterly billing of $135. Instead of crediting back the difference, I was charged an additional $135.
