You employees are great! The tech was great. The call center employees were wonderful.
Only reason for not a 10 is due to miscommunications between call center, myself and tech. It was really frustrating and if your employees were not so great I would have canceled and gone to another service.

Not sure which service this is referring to, I recently had pest control and then termite inspection completed. Both techs were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I especially want to compliment the termite inspector. He was such a pleasant young man. I truly appreciated his service.
