Hello. The agent came into the house and sprayed and put ant traps out. Then went to treat the giant fire ant colony in the stump of an old tree by the garage. I like Ray. He is thorough and figured out that the ants were coming from the big pecan tree outside the kitchen window. He knows his stuff.
Our tech, Brandon, is always very polite and professional. He communicates very well and always does a nice job on the service. If other technicians are like Brandon, i'd recommend terminix 10/10 times.

Francis (Frank) Mooney responds to text messages 7 days a week. He is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and phenomenal to work with. It's almost like consulting a friend, rather than a service. It's employees like this that make Terminix a company I have stuck with for half a decade, and will continue to do so.

I get an email / text the day before to remind me and ask if I’m experiencing any issues. He is polite and thorough and leaves me good feedback.
My technician came quickly (within hours of my call) and looked at all the areas of concern and treated. Was very happy with the service and how kind my tech is. However, I missed a location that we have a problem. I will need to address that area the next time he comes in.
