The recent tech was very friendly and did extra work for ants and yellow ground bees. It’s only been about 3 days but the bees are still active. I did not receive my tech summary this time on the day of service. The tech told me that he has had problems sending out the report. He said that his manager would mail me a copy. Just a side note, I would like to have had the spider webs removed and treated on the second floor but have been told in the past thats not included.

Need to be alerted they are coming at least two days ahead so I can be home if needed for inside treatment.
