Matthew Maust, the technician, was professional, polite, and efficient. Unfortunately, I did not know he was coming and I was caught unawares. He said he sent out a text 24 hours ahead, but I did not receive it. I do have a locked gate so it is important I be home.
More importantly, I feel strongly that Terminix as a company notify the customer of an upcoming appointment. Terminix is the only company that I work with that fails to do this! I don't understand, a simple computer generated email would work. A technician notifying me is a courtesy. It is up to the company to notify their customers ahead of time.
Austin is good, covers areas that need spray. Asks me if all is ok each time he comes. He
is very polite and a good worker.

I have had you people for over 20 years and if I did not like your service or technician, I would’ve quit a long time ago And found somebody else I am extremely satisfied with everything sometimes the bill gets a little high and that could become a problem because we are sitting on a somewhat fixed income here
