The technician, Rob, was meticulous and thoroughly explained the cleaning process as he went. He was even able to lift the adhesive stain that I thought would require me cutting the fibers to remove. The carpet is odor-free and soft again and the traffic areas look great!

What do you like about our products and services?

My technician, Michael Worstell, did an EXCELLENT job! Even though I had a few stains that did not come out, he went above and beyond, and tried several different products to remove them. He was an EXTREMELY hard worker and I will certainly recommend him and your company to my friends and relatives.

We were very pleased with our carpets after you cleaned them. I had spoke with many people on the phone before deciding to choose your company. All of them were very knowledgeable and friendly but Jayde was the most helpful to talk with. She really knows what she is talking about and can explain all the aspects of your services. John and his helper were prompt and friendly, explained everything clearly and took precautions in our home while they were working. My carpets looked great when they were finished. I would definitely recommend your company and have told many of my friends already. I was very dissatisfied with my last carpet cleaning experience with Coit. Thanks for such a great experience!
