How it cleans and sanitizes

I thought that Brad was very personable and was able to answer my questions. I believe that your products (cleaning and future stain prevention) did a great job. To improve the service I wouldn't start with "I don't clear items from the floor.". Of course most things should be picked up but everyone has floor lamps, benches, magazines in a corner, shoes in a closet floor, etc. that should be picked up and put on a hard floor surface or bed to be clean the underlying carpet from dust. Your service is more expensive that I have paid in the past with another privately owned service and they used to move furniture (exception beds, anything with TV equipment, heavy dressers). Brad ended up moving those small things but it would give me more comfort and satisfaction if the conversation didn't begin with resistance.

The two gentlemen who came to do the work were SO professional and SO wonderful to deal with, they really were a breath of fresh air. Keith Dolecki went above and beyond my expectations of getting the pet stains and odor out of my carpet. I truly thought I was going to have to replace it. It lok like a new carpet. Great employees, excellent job cleaning and the place has no odors at all. My Mother has cancer and she doesn't have the energy to clean her apartment. I hired ZEROREZ to clean the place so she felt better about her apartment. Plus with an upcoming operation I wanted the place to be very clean.

Bob did a great job and was very professional, despite the fact that I was cranky when he first arrived. (It was first thing in the morning, and he said he tried to call, but I did not receive a call.) In any case, his behavior was a credit to the company--and he did an outstanding job with the carpets.

SO FAR SO GOOD - IN ADDITION TO GETTING THE CARPETS CLEANED I ALSO BOUGHT THE ODOR AND STAIN REMOVAL LIFETIME PRODUCTS - SO AFTER HAVING CARPETS CLEANED ON TUESDAY I WENT HOME THE NEXT DAY TO FIND THAT MY DOG HAD VOMITED TWICE IN THE LIVING ROOM - I USE THE STAIN REMOVER - I WILL CHECK TODAY TO SEE HOW IT WORKED
