It's not at all what you need to improve. I'm totally satisfied with every visit. I only gave an 8 out of 10 for recommending to others because I don't really very many people. If I did, I would.
The MVP experience with the hot towel and massage are what drives me back every time. Plus my stylist, Reshel, is very personable and I know that she will do a great job.

I always get a great hair cut!
While Sport Clips isn't a true barbershop, it is the only location that has given me a truly great haircut in the past three years. I have tried more than a dozen other "barber shops" closer to home over the past three years and never had even a decent haircut. Mel gives me a perfect cut every time. It's worth the 45 mile round trip to have Mel cut my hair.

Improve the app system and timing etc. sometimes I check in and I have 30 minutes to get there. Then after 5 minutes it says your ready to go. And I miss the spot and have to wait even longer

The stylist Jess is awesome! She helped fix an issue I had with my hair cut that I previously got the day before. Her attention to detail and customer service was top notch. She even remembered personal details about myself and my fiancée. I will be requesting her going forward.

Easy online check in, staff is friendly and skilled in their craft. Notes are taken to make your style again if with another stylist. Atmosphere is sports related with many TVs to keep you entertained. Optional services are nice if you're in the mood for a little pampering. Highly recommended.
