Your hair stylists are really great! They know what they are doing. You keep records of previous visits so we (the customers) don't have to remember exactly how we got our hair cut. Your prices are good, and your deals are better.

There are many TV monitors playing, however there is only a single channel playing on all sets. How about if each TV can play something different, like football, baseball, hockey, tennis, etc.
Do a better job keeping your stylists. As soon as I find someone I like, they leave.

Consistency
I was next in line due to checking in online before driving 45 minutes to this particular location. When I arrived the first person who finished, did not take me as their patron. Instead they found tedious tasks to do and immediately took the next person once a second stylist finished their haircut. The stylist who took me was very new and did not do a good job. I had clumps of hair left on me, and now have a patch longer on the top I had to cut myself with scissors. I usually just go to this one because I get great service but the manager really let me down this time. If I do not see my normal stylist on the list anymore I will not return for a hair cut. I would rather butcher my own haircut then let a “professional” butcher it and I have to pay them for it. I may not even come back.

I was served within a half hour on a busy Friday. The cut was very good and not very expensive. The operator was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I will be going back and have already started talking about my haircut to other people.
