Sauganash is my favorite studio. The staff is always friendly and the classes focus on the practice of yoga at the individual level. I wish I could be more consistent with my attendance but my work gets in the way frequently.

My favorite CorePower Studio that I attend. Great teachers that are warm and inviting and the studio offers a lot of class options. Please add some more Core Restore into the mix.

I have been coming to CP for years now. The hardest part is getting to my mat but once I do, I feel like I am on fire and can conquer anything during and after class. Yoga is part of my self-care and practice to becoming a better human & yogi. I appreciate all of the instructors who push me to be my best self and motivate me to do and be better in every class.

Autumn, Darcie, Connie, Nikki, and Carmen are my main teachers here and I cannot get enough of them! This entire teaching community is so genuine, challenging, and wonderful that it’s easy to get up at 5am to make it to a 545am class. Thank you for everything you all you do!
