I like the studio and the instructors for the classes I attend. Traditionally the heat has been very good, recently it seems like it is slightly less than usual. Bumping up the heat would be great and also bringing back the 75 min HPF classes are my biggest asks.

I love yoga sculpt because it’s a challenging workout, I feel like I’ve done something good for my body. I also like the c1 classes: they’re easy to folo and work at/up to my level, in a nice warm room.

Core Power community is so welcoming and judgment free. I always feel energy after I leave and look forward to my classes. The instructors are very nice and answer all of your questions and are patient with newbies!

Teacher Marissa was terrific! Classroom temp could have been a bit warmer, but maybe that was the temperature is was supposed to be,,,and, I tend to like rooms on the warmer side, so that just might be my personal bias.

The teachers are always very positive and engaged. I also personally like the standardized class formats and that they are 60 minutes as opposed to 90.

Every class is different. If you go a lot, you know what to expect, but it’s never the same experience . And they always remind us to be kind to ourselves. In a world full of strident noises, it’s nice to find some quiet and breathe.

I take the Monday and Wednesday 7:15pm class because the time is convenient after work and the instructor is very pleasant, encouraging and helpful with the students learning or just practicing the yoga. I come from out of the neighborhood because there are no classes near me that offer the same experience at the same time.
