Enjoying all the yoga classes especially Niki's amd Candice's yoga sculpt class and Angela's C2 class! Niki's consideration for unique mandala sequnence and exceptional and unique exercises embedded in yoga movements enable utilization of all muscles known to mankind! I always feel the good pain meaning the workout was wffective! Candice's energy and humor helps to overcome hard yoga movements! Her meticulous method of teaching never fails to include necesary muscle group engagement to ensure injury prevention! I also enjoy Angela's awesome and carefully thought of C2 sequence.

Your studio is so lovely, clean and beautiful. I have been in probably 12 Core Powers in Illinois, New York, California and Arizona and your is, by far, the nicest, largest, loveliest one. I don't go to Sauganash regularly, but I look forward to going there when I do. I wish you had Yoga Sculpt classes at 4:00 and 5:00 On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The 45 after the hour classes are a bit harder to attend. That is an awkward time.

Studio is generally more clean than a few months ago.
It would be nice to have some more teachers offer hands on adjustments.

I love Sinthia at Sauganash. Her Saturday 9am HPF is amazing. Pace is slow, deliberate. Extra time in all postures and stretches, etc.
Voice and music —“flow-ey”, ”meditative … not intrusive. The room is super perfect both temp and humidity-wise. Everyone in the locker room sings her praises. Please show her the professional appreciation she deserves. Thank you!!

Great class, instructor & energy. I run the risk of sounding old, but the music was so loud that the instructor had to shout, making it very hard to hear his instructions. It was my first time in this class, so following was a bit hard.

Candice, Niki and Angela are the best! They exude excellence! Other instructors make the class unique as well! Every instructor puts in tremendous effort to ensure a great flow and work out experience for CPY members! They are very attentive to every member always watching and cuing body alignment which I appreciate because this prevents injury to the body! Candice is always so fun, empowering and inspiring! Niki's cues are excellent and focus on lower body is amazing! Angela's excellent method of instructing is so compelling that I tend to engage every muscle group of my body! I love love love CPY so much!!!

I am a founding Sauganash member while I still like the studio, it needs a deep clean. Inside the locker room the showers, corners in the changing areas, base boards need a derp clean. I have also noticed in the last few years the day to day cleanliness of the entire studio has gone down hill. I have verbally mentioned this to whomever is at the front desk, but it hasn’t really improved. Thanks!
