I like that even though I've gone to the same class three times, each instructor does things a little differently. Keeps things fun and it doesn't get repetitive! Two things that would keep me from being a member would be the size of the locker room and the classes. The locker room is way too small to handle a rush of people coming for the classes after work. I'm bumping elbows with people next to me and sometimes there isn't a free locker for me to put my stuff in so I just have to hope nothing gets stolen. With the size of the classes, a lot of the times I feel like you are stuffing as many people as humanly possibly into a room without thinking about how that could affect the person's experience of the class. There were quite a few times where I felt like I couldn't go through a full pose/range of motion because someone was so close next to me or behind me.

Great classes and nice studio
This was a simple, frictionless process and I really enjoyed it. I just finished my free week to try out the gym and while it's too expensive to do all the time, I hope to come back for a class in the future. One thing I would say is that giving a free mat once is nice but having the mat for the week of use while I try yoga for the first time would have been better. Also, paying for a towel seems pretty absurd. I don't know of a single other gym that charges for the use of a towel, particularly in a hot yoga class! That's my only complaint. Loved my experience and glad to have tried yoga for the first time at Core Power. :)
The teacher! Heather was awesome, super uplifting even during the most difficult sets! Her music was spot on with the counts... great way to start the week!

CorePower is exactly what I was looking for when I joined last Spring in that it is a wonderful balance of a demanding physical practice with a spiritual/reflective element as well. I look forward to going every week, so keep doing what you're doing :)

I love how friendly and welcoming all the instructors, SET, and front desk team members are. I always receive a smile and a friendly "hello!" whenever I arrive at the studio, which makes me feel like I am part of the CPY community.

Adam (I think that was his name) was a great instructor. I like that he pushed us really hard. If you're only working out once in a day, and it's going to be a sculpt class, make it count. Everyone is responsible for their own level of challenge and he set the bar high so that I made no excuses for myself. Really great workout.

Good classes just rigid on first free week. Tried to take one yoga sculpt class the very next day after my week but wasn’t allowed. I had a busy work week but there were no exceptions.
