I love the location of this studio and absolutely love Nikita as an instructor, a person, and teacher trainer. I had the good fortune to be able to join the SF Teacher Training group for Week 5 of the TT program (I'm visiting from DC). I walked with Nikita and a few other trainees to BART after class sharing stories of our individual journey's and perspectives. I also took Melissa Mae and Nikita's C2 class which were both awesome in their own way, mastering the balance of poses, narrative, and intention. Overall, I got to know this studio very well in a short period of time. I look forward to returning to the area and getting to know more of this amazing community!

Very nice studio with experienced and friendly trainers. Caroline is the best!!

I've been doing core power for about 3-4 years now. During that time it's helped me rebalance from the daily grind, a well as stay in shape. I always recommend core power to all my friends and family.

Friendly staff

The instructors are fantastic. People are friendly. Schedule is flexible with many offerings. My only complaint is around the locker room facilities, which are awfully cramped.

I liked that even the basic class was a bit rigorous, if you're looking for a good workout. I was kind of surprised that I needed to pay $2 to use a mat even though I am a black tag member.

The facilities were clean and spacious, which I loved. I am looking forward to trying the more popular classes, I know those get more packed.

I like this studio very much. I wish the locker room was larger and the lockers were fixed, but overall, I like this CP. I also wish there was a yoga class which had more "Bikram" postures, but understand the individuality of CP.

I love CPY. My only complaint is that I can't believe you stopped offering HPF in San Francisco. There are so many people that want it back, so, please bring it back!

Loved the 11am on Sat with Kore (sorry, I might be spelling her name wrong!)---she is FABULOUS. Love the class and the music.

Side note: Please please please consider adding more C2 classes during the weekly schedule. Especially a morning one. I love sculpt classes, but there just aren't enough C2s on the Nob Hill schedule yet.

I love the pace and intensity of the yoga classes (I've tried C2 and Sculpt), and the instructors here are all very welcoming!

The intensity of the classes

The Fremont studio is bigger than other SF locations, is always clean, and all the teachers I’ve had have been very friendly and nice. After going to Jess’s sculpt class I will definitely be coming back!
