I like the layout of the studio, the windows, the light shines in, and of course that there are TWO studios. In Gold Coast the back to back classes kind of took away from the calming experience, people waiting to get into the room, floor cleaning in between the classes. A little too rushed. And of course I love the location, I'm a block away!
knowledgable instructors; great new studio space. Only criticism is for the size of the women's locker room - seems disproportionately small compared to the size of the average yoga class. It really isn't very usable space.

The classes are not overcrowded, clean facilities and great staff. I really enjoy the uniqueness I get in every class. I just started yoga a little over a month ago and absolutely love hot power yoga. I leave feeling so refreshed.

CPY is truly my home away from home. No matter what studio I attend, I always feel very welcomed. From the initial greeting to the final goodbye, CPY provides me a challenge within a setting that provides me peace. I have tried numerous yoga studios but none have provided me the community and great workout like CPY.
I think it's a great location and the lobby and studios are very clean. They also have a great schedule that accommodates people who also go to the streeterville and Gold Coast locations.
