Variety of classes. Keep HPF hot!

I love this studio! The instructors are great and the studio is well laid out. My ONLY complaint is that the rental yoga mats smell awful! It seems like they are not quite clean, or the cleaning supplies aren't great. It's been a few times over a few months, which makes me feel like it's a trend, not a one off thing!

I like the variety in each of the classes. I don’t like when teachers teach the same class every week.

It would be nice if they could always have wipes for our mats. Seems like more often than not, they are out.

Also, this is a come t for all Core Power classes, but we never are guided through any stretches at the end of yoga sculpt for our arms or chest—just our legs. A good portion of the class is won’t in our arms and it would be nice to have a little stretch for that as well.

I love the classes, but hate the locker rooms and that they do not provide towels (for free). It is why I am not joining for this upcoming winter and will continue to attend on class pass.

I love the community in OLD TOWN CPY! The teachers are fantastic and always welcoming. Management is amazing!

I thought this location was awesome and the instructors were awesome. My only complaint was that I rented a mat both times and they were very stinky (like they hadn't been cleaned well).

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Would like them to provide more wipes for cleaning our mats.

Also, in all yoga sculpt classes that I take, we run through a stretch at the end for our legs, hips, but nothing for our arms and shoulders. There is so much work done focusing on our shoulders and upper body a stretch that would lead us through a focus on that area would be great.

I love how supported I feel when I walk into the Old Town Core Power location! The instructors are phenomenal and have interactive, personalized, and fun classes. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested!
