I thought the space looked very nice and clean. The class was great, the instructor was great. The woman who greeted me from the front desk was a little frustrated that I didn't know where I was going which I did not like as it was my first time at any CorePower Yoga.
Great instructors love the music. Clean environment. The locker rooms are a bit chaotic. I would recommend removing the benches in the middle no one uses them and they take up too much space.

I absolutely loved Emily's class. She was so friendly, nice, and her cues in class were SO simple to follow. I truthfully think this may have been the best yoga class I've been to! Can't wait to attend more!!

I've never taken Yoga from a place that specializes in Yoga. Only Yoga classes at a health club. This is a very different, more complete approach. I took a beginning class, but still got a great work out. It was obvious the instructor was passionate about her job. Just very impressed. Great atmosphere, and very helpful staff too.

Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. As a beginner, I had no idea what I was doing but didn't feel behind or out of place. The studios and locker rooms are clean and teachers are great!

Friendly and informed staff and very clean facility
I like the combination of strength flexibility and cardio training. I also feel especially with the heated classes a sens of cleansing both the mind and body that I haven't experienced in any other form of exerciseI
The classes are challenging and the Old Town location is much less crowded than the nearby Gold Coast location, which is a definite plus. The only suggestion I have is to vary the schedules between the locations. Gold Coast and Old Town have almost identical schedules (i.e., both have C2 at 5:45 on weekdays) and they are only about 1/2 mile apart. It would be nice if they varied schedules so that it would match better with students' schedules. For example, maybe offering a 5:45 C2 at Gold Coast but a 6:15 or 6:30 C2 at Old Town so that if you couldn't make the earlier class, you could still make the one 30-45 minutes later. Other than that, I enjoy the classes a lot!

I like that the sculpt class incorporates weights and cardio so you get a full workout.
Beautiful studio in a great location! Nice to have another option besides the Gold Coast location which is always packed.

This location in particular - perhaps because it's so new - feels much cleaner than other locations I've attended (Lincoln Park). It is nice and spacious.
