The teachers are so thorough and encouraging. I leave class feeling great mentally and physically.
Great instructors (shoutout to Meg De!) and challenging, well rounded workouts. Improvement areas - there frequently aren’t enough of the lighter weights (3, 5, 8). Locker rooms are too small compared to class sizes and get uncomfortably crowded. Would love for them to be expanded
The staff was very helpful -- both in the "office" and during the "yoga" session -- for this first timer.

Joann is a fabulous instructor! She is personable and articulately guides us through the flow.
This class was different from the standard yoga sculpt and it was hot which I soooo appreciated. Amazing energy. Really powerful. Old town should go help out Lakeview. Lakeview never gets this hot and when I ask for the heat up I get side eye stares from the instructors.
