Jordan was absolutely fantastic! I was the only one in the class which admittedly made it a little nervous at first but she made me feel very comfortable and normal for not knowing too much. She was super clear, noticed that I was a visual learner so she showed me what it was supposed to look like and was very positive. Thanks again Jordan!
Amazing sculpt classes that are a phenomenal total body workout! I don't like how expensive walk-ins are though
I have a taken a number of CPY classes at different studios and they have all been great and challenging. I really loved the class I took recently at your Old Town studio with Roxy -- it was such a great stretch, sweat and chill class and exactly what I needed!

I don't go to Old Town as often since it isn't as convenient based on my location but this location is just as wonderful as the rest!!
Not related to this location or feedback for CPY but I was curious after taking a class at this location on Friday. There was a woman in class wearing gym shoes and not following the rest of the class or the instructor at all. Not modifying, literally just doing her own workout. I realize that each class is individual to the person - heck I know sometimes I need to modify or rest - but is there a threshold where someone could be politely asked to follow along a little more? It was so distracting being on our backs doing core while this woman is up doing arms and squats. And the gym shoes?? I mean I guess what's the harm - it just seemed so odd. I kept thinking - why take/pay for a group workout class if you aren't planning on doing the work out. Maybe she wanted to get a workout in the heat and this was the best way to do so?
Teachers classes and just about everything :). Wish the old town location had a few more c1 classes tho..

The staff is also so friendly and welcoming, I feel at zen upon walking into the studio. The room is nice and hot to really feel the benefits of your stretches and twists. The music is just energizing enough but not too much where you can't relax and focus. The instructor, London Durand, was SO AMAZING, you could feel her energy that she put into the entire class, she was attentive to each student and great instruction during the flow with enough flexibility to modify. I love Old Town CorePower!

Roxy Cordt is a fantastic new teacher, bringing together new flows and great perspective. Also, London runs an amazing studio -- I've been going here despite not living in Old Town, merely because London is so great at building community!
