The teachers are are so experienced and make the classes. Always the perfect combo of music, spiritualness, community, breath work and poses.
I would love more relaxing smells, like incense or essential oils. Sometimes full classes at the end of the day can get quite stinky!

The instructors are great! I took three Sculpt classes with three different teachers and all three were amazing. Loved the studio and the workout. Super friendly, professional, and calorie burner!
Alana A was great, studio is nice, although bathrooms could be a little cooler for showers to allow for ending the sweat.
The teacher was excellent and I was well received. The infrastructure and service are first class.
Carmilla is the BEST! If it weren’t for her so wouldn’t even go to Core PY. She is truly the best instructor I have ever had. She has transformed my body. I don’t know how she is always getting the class motivated and challenges every class. I love her classes.

I love Corepower!! The instructors are amazing and it is such an empowering workout. I wish there were more 45 minute classes (in the morning especially) and more strength because those are great as well.

I didn’t realize that it was a free week when I signed up and I immediately had to leave town the next day so I didn’t get a chance to try any other classes. Any chance I can extend the free week?
