I like love the instructors! My only critique about Core is that I think instructors should get paid more. I did SET for a number of years and always aspired be be a teacher (that is why I was curious about the pay). I was so surprised to find out that an instructor who has a packed class and is there for two hours for a one hour class works out making a little more than the person who cleans the mats.
Always a good experience with CP 2. Good work on hamstrings and core.
I don’t like yoga… but this somehow is fun and engaging. I feel like I worked out and cleared my mind (and skin) at the same time. Sculpt for the win!
I really enjoy Sara's 'C1 CorePower Yoga 1'. It is exactly what I would expect it. She is very precise in instruction and demo. Sara is a great instructor! The facility is great too.

The instructor (Malcom?) - it was on 2/29 at 10 am at the Triangle- gave clear instructions and did not rush the movements as some of the instructors tend to do.

I love CorePower and the classes.
I am super bummed that there has been no movement to add classes to after work hours. I kept hearing that it was being discussed for the last 2 years- but nothing has changed. There is only a C2 at 4:00 and sculpt at 5:30. I wish there was a class at 4:30, 4:45, or 5:00. Strength class for 45 minutes would be great or another C2 or Sculpt. I truly hope there are more classes added at that time. Seems like there are so many late classes at our studio.
This was a perfect class for me. I an not an expert but felt no pressure to perform better or faster. The flow was peaceful and soothing while stretching and working all the places.
The classes and instructors are the best. We had a packed class and the instructor and flow was excellent
Class was wonderful and I wish you had more level 1 classes at different times to help folks prepare for level 2

I recently visited CorePower Yoga in Medford with my 2 teenagers and experienced a great class due to the energy and guidance of the instructor. We’ll definitely be going back!
