I love the candlelight classes—the dark lighting is really relaxing and empowering. I also like the heated room and encouraging atmosphere, which is what’s special about going in to the studio. Everyone has to start somewhere, and the instructors and music are wonderful!!

First name removed Lee is a great teacher. Her classes are tough but doable. Her music selection complements the yoga poses. She is thoughtful in how she plans classes for the month. The teacher really makes the class a 10

I love it here. Best energy I’ve felt in a workout studio ever is in the weekday 4:30 Sculpt classes. Only thing I would change is that it takes a while for the shower to get warm in the men’s locker.

Love me some Sculpt and Niharka was sweet and easy to follow. Class started out a little darker than I’m used to for this class, but there’s nothing wrong with trying something different.
The atmosphere and the people
The sessions are really helpful in growing my practice, everyone is so supportive and encouraging and optimistic, and the discussions we have during class are centered around, changing a positive way as a person and it’s part of my current journey right now and it’s pure alignment. I’ve also not been able to bend and move this way in my 40-year-old body for the past decade and that is amazing
I’ve had a very stressful few weeks and it’s been hard to get to a class. I found a Restore class and learned I have Yin and mine was very depleted. Thank you staff for being there on my good days and bad. And for always teaching me how and why I need to take better care of myself and those around me.

I recently had to miss a class due to my babysitter being stuck in traffic. I had to cancel 30 minutes before the class and the support team was extremely helpful and waived the fee for me. Very grateful!
