Zoe was a fantastic instructor for Hot Power Fusion. She knew some of us were new in the class and provided extra cues/instruction for us, and gave modification options. There were clearly some regulars in the class with lots of experience and a high skill level as well. So this is a class for all levels. The class was a perfect mix of challenge and meditative flow. Temperature in the room was also perfectly warm. Lovely Sunday night treat. Will be back!

Everything is good: instructors, facilities, class size, cleanliness, location.
I did enjoy the class but the instructor was a little slow with her calls for moves sometimes and her descriptions of the moves need some improvement but overall good class

I like the instructors and the flow of the classes. It's nice that the classes aren't super packed, but I'm never one of just a few people either.

i used the free week trial to try out some classes, and i LOVED it!! I like how fast paced the class is and i really liked that they didn't repeat many of the exercises. The only down side of corepower is the price :(. Hopefully one day ill be able to afford a studio like this one!! Highly recommend

Had yoga sculptacular by Felicity today! She is awesome! Loved all the combination of arm exercises she embedded within yoga flows! Felt great after the class! Felicity has a great personality, friendly and very influential in making the class focus on intended individualized goal ... increase strength and realign mind, body and spirit all at the same time!
