The instructor (Elizabeth) was great, and the class was great. I felt it was a little crowded and would have appreciated a smaller class size.
Such a good experience, the sculpt classes test my mental strength forsake.. thought I was going to black out haha but I felt so strong afterwards!

At CorePower Yoga, I've felt included and welcome, especially in classes with Maryna and Sara Z. They are incredibly helpful and supportive. It’s comforting to have this space available whenever I need it. My appreciation for the practice itself has only grown.

The Park Ridge CPY studio has the friendliest staff and the best community. I love practicing in a place that feels like a second home, I've even brought friends who have shared the same sentiment and subsequently enrolled. Great studio but even better people.

Great supplemental workout that helps me with soccer. The instructors are always nice, Jo, Fi, Schaefer. Please keep the 4pm classes.
