The facility was very welcoming and clean. A lot of amenities that I didn’t expect. The instructor was truly amazing as this was my first class, he made sure that I knew the different motions and that I did it properly as to not injure myself.
Karen’s sculpt class on Friday was so good. The class is very challenging with clear instructions. Much better than some of the other sculpt classes I have taken.

I had an awesome experience with my first class. I didn’t feel judged for not having a lot of experience or knowing all the poses but the teacher was wonderful. She talked us through everything, told us to take it at our pace with our own breaths. I really enjoyed it and look forward to taking more.

Great teachers and clean space
Great community where you can get your yoga, cardio and weight workout all in one place. The C2 classes are also classic vinyasa with powerful sequences. All of this is in a clean, hot/warm environment. Some teachers even use cold lavender cloths at the end of the class, which I would like to see as a universal thing. More teachers are around now so there is a lot of class variety and times. I have been going here since it opened.

The experience was good. The staff members were professional and friendly. Facility well maintained. Missing were the sanitation wipes inside the room to clean the blocks and weights after use. Something that was consistent in all the Colorado facilities I have visited.
The 30-day challenge provided a comprehensive immersion into various aspects of yoga, thanks to the diverse range of classes offered daily.
While appreciating the variety, I suggest adding a CR (Core Restore) class on Friday nights at the Bethesda studio. Incorporating additional Core Restore classes into the schedule would complement my practice exceptionally well. Specifically, I’d love to see more classes taught by Karin, whose expertise and preparation elevate the experience to heavenly levels.
Rachelle stands out as one of the most outstanding teachers I’ve ever encountered. Her unmatched enthusiasm in every class sets her apart from other exceptional instructors. Her teaching style and dedication are truly remarkable.
Initially drawn in by the yoga, I find myself staying for the remarkable teachers like Karin and Rachelle, whose passion and skill make each session unforgettable.

My favorite instructors are Caitlin and Gabby. Their C2 classes are upbeat and a great workout. Recently some other C2 classes have been way easier than in the past and I don’t feel I’m getting a great workout.
