Nice studio, nice flow. Nai put on a great HFP yesterday. Very nice flow, Temp, sequence. Locker rooms are nice too. Tea is a nice touch.

Everybody is extremely friendly and it makes it easy to come and sweat it out every class! :)
HPF is my favorite class. My instructor on Thursday at 6:30pm is a fantastic instruction and I enjoy the sequences she brings into the practice. Specifically I tend to have chronic back pain and like how for every back bend we do an equal and opposite movement to the spine. I'll be coming back as everyone I met at this location was very sweet and friendly.
The studio is clean and beautiful and the class i took was great.
