The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You walk into a calm environment and are greeted with smiles. The merchandise is very clean and organized. The class I went to was perfect and exactly what I was hoping for, even exceeding my expectations. Our yogi instructor, Talita, took the time and effort to make sure my positions were correct and my form was right. Providing alternative positions if I could not complete a specific pose. I absolutely recommend this studio from 1st time clients to expert level students as the staff will accommodate you at any level and give you the attention you need to achieve your own goals and aspirations. Nothing compares to the feeling you feel after taking a yoga class. It's heaven. Peace. Bliss. Achieving oneness with thy self. Great service. I also love that classes are only an hour and there is a healthy mix of strength, balance, and stretching in all of the classes.

Variety of classes and very nice studio
I love how friendly the staff are, the studios are nice and clean as well as the change room facilities. I really appreciate being able to shower with complementary soaps at the end of a session also. Great work!
great structure of the class
The studio was very clean. I like the "spa" feel of the locker room. Teachers are great. Very knowledgable and good speakers during class. I was always greater with a smile at the front desk. Like the option to buy clothes on site.
