Very friendly, even when the class looked too full, the instructor found room for us.

I absolutely love CorePower-both in LA and in Seattle. One suggestion I have, is to consider posting a sign near the entry that reminds people to speak quietly upon entering. This doesn't necessarily effect the studios in the back of the building, but I noticed it gets quite loud during the change over in the studios near the entrance And of course, people always seems to be shouting during the most critical moment of class-shavasana. Aside from that, all is peachy. Thanks!

I like that the studio is always clean and the class schedule has many options to fit my day. I really like that the instructor lead you through class, not just give you a list of poses to explore on your own.

Lyndsay was an excellent instructor. I loved her class. She has wonder narration throughout the class that is easy to follow. I love her demonstrations.

The classes are a mix of a great physical and mental challenge, with a balanced focus on both elements. The instructors all seem very knowledgable and personable. On top of that, the facilities themselves are very appealing.

Great workout that makes you sweat, move your body, build strength, positive, able to modify for any fitness level but awesome for fit people

Hot power yoga was great.

I have almost no experience doing yoga before and it was easy to follow along with the classes and easy to participate in; but still challenging enough for an intense workout!

My friend and I are new to Yoga. The instructor-Kirsten is very positive and easy to follow.
We will be returning for a regular schedule!

The teachers are very focused on making the studio a community. They truly want to get to know their yogis, and help them achieve the desired results (mindfulness, patience, improvement, etc) during their practice. Speaking about taking your yoga practice into the world, and applying it to real-life situations, as helped me become a more balanced individual :-)

Great enthusiastic and professional instruction.

The instructors excel at teaching classes, motivating and encouraging when needed. They also promote growth, learning and form. The facilities are very accommodating and the classes are not overly booked or crammed for space. There are also several different level classes offered for newcomers and veterans.
