I like that the area is clean, that everything I need is available to rent, that there are showers and changing rooms and that everyone is always friendly.

Love the sculpt classes, and the staff is very friendly, helpful and clearly knowledgeable. I haven't tried the yoga classes yet but will do that next week!

I love classes at core power! The teachers always have great flows and are very friendly, engaging and hands on. The studios are clean and bright, very welcoming. I tell people to try core power all the time! There is also a great mix of classes for all levels, so anyone can try it!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff/instructors. Great facility.

My instructor was superb in assisting with technique in a positive, encouraging, and logical way. The staff was incredibly welcoming, outgoing, and overall pleasant to deal with. The studio and bathroom were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking was street parking only, but nighttime class means no problem finding a spot for 2 hours. I will definitely be back!! Thanks!

you have 9-10 classes per day, sculpt and flow classes, each instructor teaches a little different, multiple locations is fantastic under the same membership, one .4 miles from where I live and one 1 mile from my office, validate parking in Bellevue, very clean and new feeling, 2 studios in the one in Queen Anne, sculpt with weights, very pleased with instructors let me do advance posture with flow, nice showers and changing area with lockers!! very pleased with the two I've been to, looking forward in taking classes at all locations.

Every class I've been to so far has had incredible instructors and great energy! I always look forward to my next class.

The Sculpt class is the toughest class I've ever taken--if I'm going to take an hour out of my day to workout, I want to feel like I'm getting a really good workout in. And it's also mindful and yoga-y, which is so lovely.
