The studio is clean and well kept and the instructors are very nice and knowledgeable.

The Sculpt class is the toughest class I've ever taken--if I'm going to take an hour out of my day to workout, I want to feel like I'm getting a really good workout in. And it's also mindful and yoga-y, which is so lovely.

The teacher was incredible and made the class super enjoyable as well as challenging. I appreciated the hands on help and really liked that there was a section that focused on core work. Meredith (I think that was my teachers name) was seriously so sweet and really explained things well which helped me get into a more relaxed and mindful place. Loved every minute of my practice with her.

I like CorePower my yoga studio because the instructors and manager have been able to keep a friendly environment where they always welcome you with a smile. Also, the class schedules are really well put together and I always find a class when I need it.
