Favorite yoga studio of all time and I've been to a lot of yoga studios in the Seattle area. This studio is clean, the people that work there are friendly and super accommodating and the classes are challenging and fun.

I love the C2 classes and the candlelight classes. Almost every instructor I've met talked with is super-friendly and kind. It's really inspiring to me - I hope to carry the sunshine they share with me out into other aspects of my life.

I took my first yoga class in Spokane an elite gym many years ago. From that point on I tried to take them all over the place in many cities and had yet to find a teacher as good. Never thought I'd enjoy yoga the same again. I was recommended by a friend to try this class with her on the free week trial and FELL IN LOVE. Good bye gym and hello core power membership!
