consistency and workout. Some studios try to be very zen or very intense (like a circuit workout) but I like the pure and simplicity the instructors at corepower give the practice.

Hannah's Saturday class is excellent. I like the pricing structure, the frequency of classes, and that you don't need to reserve a spot in advance.
The teachers! Alisha and Danya (sp) are my fave. Also your night classes, i work late so i wouldn't be able to come in without them. Please add later classses friday and saturday though!

I love the community feel and that it is consistent from studio to studio. I travel a ton and it makes me so happy to be able to continue my practice all over the country from Chicago to Hawaii ... and feel right at home! I love the instructors and how they share at the end of class their personal epiphanies and intentions for the day or week. I love the music and the flow! I love it all !
I love your friendly and knowledgable staff! I love that they seem to want to chat with you and get to know you better. Even though I don't go to CP much, I always feel very welcomed. One thing that I have wondered about CP is why there are no cleaning products/towels to wipe down mats at the end of class. There is a little basket by the door but no towels, and no one seems to use it. Also, the smell of mildew is always a little less than appealing. Otherwise, I love the availability of times offered and the nice facility. Thanks!
