Core power is a great way to get a rejuvenating sweat and exercise muscles you sometimes forget about. You definitely leave a class feeling less stressed and more centered. And if you need something to inspire you to drink more water, core power is the ticket.

Also, it's getting colder outside and everyone had to bundle up, but you can wear practically nothing in a hot yoga class.

Great teachers and trainers with diverse teaching styles. I also appreciate that the schedule has several classes outside of the 9-5 work hours. The studio is also clean and hygienic.

Absolutely love the Queen Anne location! Loved Katie's sculpt class and wish there were more sculpt classes like hers! 💕

Friendly staff, facility is typically well cleaned, good class selection (an additional class mid afternoon would be awesome). The app and website can be persnickety.

I love the attentive staff and the classes. Improvements I would like to see:

1.) More workshops (arm balances, inversions, essential oil)
2.) More variety in playlists
3.) More lockers with locks

I really enjoy the space in which I can practice yoga. Melinda is a delight and an asset to your studio.

Fantastic instructors and a really welcoming environment. I normally stick the C2 classes, but I love that there's a variety to choose from if I feel like changing things up. I also really enjoy the sense of community and inclusiveness at the Queen Anne Studio.
