It was my first time in a CorePower Yoga studio, and I plan to use the rest of my free week to explore the CorePower Yoga studios here in Austin, Tx to see if they're a good fit for me. I ran the Eugene Marathon on Sunday, May 10th, so I needed a class to help stretch out some very tight hips, and the CorePower class helped so much. I was lucky enough to get one-on-one attention from Eric who helped me modify some of my postures, and had me try Crow, which I used to call face plant posture. With Eric's advice, I was able to hold crow for the first time in my year of practice. It was for a brief two seconds, but even that was an accomplishment. More importantly, I left the class feeling great and was able to enjoy the rest of my time in Seattle.

The facility is very nice & clean. I appreciate the complimentary locks and shower products. The class was small and challenging. The staff was friendly and NOT in the superficial, fake way I've often experienced at yoga studios. No complaints!

My name is Katoya and I love the atmosphere. When I first walked in I was nervous but was greeted openly. The staff was extremely supportive, nice, and encouraging. I love core power yoga. I learned how to do crow pose on the very first day of yoga as well. Did i mention it was AMAZING!!! Specail thanks to Storm, Emily, and Shannon. I also enjoy corpower yoga line of deodorant, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. I wish it was for sell. Can't wait to go back. I'm a college student and a school teacher so I can't afford regular classes so this free week was truly a blessing. Thanks again corepower yoga!!!
