The teachers are great.
Studio is getting kind of old and gross, floor always seems sticky and mirrors needs to be cleaned. The mirrors look like they have a layer of film on it and is not properly clean with cleaning solution.
The instructor’s cadence was perfect and he had very good energy. I appreciated hands on adjustments.
Joes class was challenging and he led by example through the entire class.

I love Nova’s classes! She brings a lot of love to the practice. It is the highlight of every Saturday and Sunday morning for me.

The Tuesday/Thursday 1.5 class with Noel has been superb this fall! I always love scheduling yoga classes in the fall after the dark, early evenings set in as a way to get me out of the house and keep me doing something healthy. Noel's demeanor is perfect and he always adapts the same class to be a bit interesting and different each time I take it. He works actively to create an open and accessible space for what is often a packed class with a wide variety of pupils, from folks new to the practice to those who seem pretty seasoned. His energy is infectious and his passion for what he does shines through every time I attend! I do wish that there were a way to make CPY courses more affordable to more people, as I think they're great but out of reach for many.
I try to get up in the AM and attend a class as often as possible - it’s great way to start my day!
Excellent staff & facilities! Isabella teaches a great class, I appreciate how she evolves it! Jessica is not only an amazing instructor, she is a very warm, authentic person that is building an amazing community! Her taste in music drew me into her classes and her willingness to take requests is beyond cool! Doing yoga to Stevie Wonder was one of my highlights at Corepower, I'm a music person and this really enhances the experience for me.

I like the flow sequences offered, variety in instructors, and clean modern facility. I also like that the classes are clearly categorized so I know what fitness level to expect and can choose a class based on what my body needs each day.
