I love yoga sculpt. It has done amazing things for my body and mind. Marvin is an amazing instructor. He always challenges the class. I also enjoy the workshops that allow students to work on things such as balances and inversions. I wish they were offered more!

the ability to do classes at multiple locations. My schedule is not consistent so I like I can find a class that works in any city I am in where there is a core power studio. The instructors are always very nice as well as the studios.

Power sculpt class was much more challenging then initially expected. From someone who works out regularly I thought I would be board in a yoga class, but I was actually surprised with a fast pase routine that really made me sweat. The hour long class really flew by and in the end I got a great workout!

The atmosphere is very inviting and the instructors are very attentive and knowledgable about Yoga and CorePower policies.
I enjoyed the smaller classes best because you could follow the instructor more easily and ask for assistance if needed.
It's so great the instructor is walking around adjusting your poses as needed. The correct form overall helps with the change for my body, and I couldn't appreciate this place more.
I absolutely loved the teacher of the class, Linnea (hopefully I spelled that right). She was extremely helpful and you could feel how much she enjoys the practice of yoga. It made my experience so much better to have someone who is truly invested in the practice teach. As a new person, it's something to get excited about!

The 2 instructors I've had so far - Anna & Jay - were amazing! I loved Jay's candlelight Fusion class! They were both great workouts without being overwhelming or too strenuous
I like how CLEAN the gym was as well as how elegant it looked. Staff was very friendly and professional. The instructor, Anna, was amazing! Only wish there were more great gyms in West Seattle where I live. All my gyms are downtown or Capitol Hill.
