I previously attended your competitor, Urban Yoga Spa (downtown), for the last 6 years I have lived in Seattle. I moved to Cap Hill last winter and have all but stopped attending yoga until a friend pushed me to try Core Power. Absolutely amazing! I have already brought 4 friends to various events and normal classes and it's a part of my daily ritual. I love the late classes you offer because it gives me the ability to attend, where UYS did not have that flexibility.
Everything has always been super clean, everyone has always been very helpful and friendly.
Essentially I would recommend CPY, especially Sarah (area manager I believe) Kelly, Joseph, Jay, and the entire team at the Capitol Hill studio for being nothing short of amazing.
Tonight I'm taking another close friend to the 7:30 C2! It's their first time to CPY :)

I love the instructors. They are friendly and make you feel welcome. I've been able to improve my practice quite a bit because they, along with the class, create a welcome and caring environment to learn.
Additionally, the locker room and showers are very well kept up making it easier for me to fit in yoga into my daily life.

Beautiful studio and the instructor, Justin, was wonderful. I love the intensity of the flow combined with the meditative feel to the class. A great way to start the day.
What's not to like? Staff are kind, knowledgeable, and generous with their encouragement. Facilities, are, for the most part, clean, fresh, and comfortable-- and not over-crowded. The merchandise beckons, changes often, and the sales oh so tempting. The class selection was perfect for me, as a beginner, and now, a few months later, still quite challenging. I really appreciate that each class-level is subtly changed so that I continue to refine and learn new poses. Its my favorite part of our recent relocation to Capitol Hill.
I like the consistency, the positive atmosphere, the location, and the instructors. It's my first week back at core power in general and my first week in Seattle in general. I am very happy!

The lady who led the class was very nice and helpful. The building was clean and I was offered a towel and mat upon my arrival. It was a pleasant experience.
Corepower feels like family no matter which studio you go to. It provides a place to take time for yourself and begin to discover who you are. In the end, if you don't want either of those things, it is an incredible workout with a variety of classes suited for everybody!
