Amazing location

The classes are awesomely difficult to push myself but I am also encouraged to only do what I feel comfortable and safe doing. The facility is very nice and clean. There are really cute clothes!

Instructors at CPY- Capitol Hill have a unique way of communicating and connecting with the class. Each teacher has their own style and energy, which in turn motivates the class differently each time I hit the mat!

I love that you have early morning and late night classes. And your discount for full-time students REALLY helps! I also love that there is variety among teachers- I hope you support the teachers in finding their own style and exploring different ways to flow.
