I have been going to Corepower for over 8 years now and have always enjoyed the ambiance, the classes, and the facilities. Specifically, Ballard has an amazing location. There is plenty of parking available, clean changing rooms, and two studios that offer your favorite classes multiple times a day. If you are looking for a great place to sweat and get your zen on, CorePower is it!

Easy check in, many instructors that I can choose, and clean studio.
The manager, Gabi, is friendly, always greets me by name, and makes the studio feel like a home away from home. You can tell Gabi is passionate about her work and the people that come through her studio doors. She makes it her priority to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The studio is always clean, and the windows make it feel fresh and bright.

So great having in class sessions again. Thank you so much! :) I believe it was Bri I took the C2 class with last night and it was great. Just the right amount of a challenge when it came to the holds and stabilizers. I felt pushed to right before losing it, which is perfect. Very steady calm flow.
I know this is probably a long shot, but is there a chance you'll be able to shift your evening class to 6:15PM or later? I'm off work at 6PM and it only takes me 15 minutes to get there. Totally understandable if not, I appreciate your store being open.

I really enjoy the smaller classes and the variety of classes available. When I'm doing a pose wrong the instructor will correct me which really helps me progress and not hurt myself. I also love that they give alternative poses if you have certain pain areas that need to be protected. The instructors all have a different flow that brings something fresh to each workout or allows you to choose a class that fits your body best.
The yoga studio was nice the front desk staff was helpful and I quickly found parking outside. The teacher was engaging and I enjoyed the class.
