I love how consistent each location is. I can always count on things being the same at each location... in regards to the studio and locker room. Always clean and every staff member so friendly!

I adore the staff, love the class choreography and the appreciate the environment. Every time I leave the studio, I feel better than when I walked in. I love when the instructors share their personal breakthroughs, observations and inspiration at the end - it always touches and inspires me and makes my practice so much deeper, well-rounded and more fulfilling than just a workout!

room temperature seems to vary a bit between teachers but that's all I can think of for improvement
