I’m a beginner and core power is inviting and stress free. The teachers are super nice and the studio and lockers are kept clean and tidy.
I love that the classes adjust the lighting throughout the flow & that the instructors play music in class. I like the quality and volume of equipment & props available to students in the classes. The locker rooms are clean and comfortable, very nicely designed. I can’t think of anything I would change. Also love the options of times & classes offered.

I love it there, which is a big deal because I really dislike yoga. I would totally sign up but I go to CrossFit and can’t afford both. I will go intermittently to loosen my muscles.
I went to the class on Sunday where the teachers were practicing. They were all great, except the final teacher of the class, who smelled so bad I could hardly inhale when he was near me. It actually activated my gag reflex. I know body odor tends to happen at yoga, as people are sweating a lot, but this was too much. It would honestly deter me from returning. Other than that, the other teachers did a great job. Also I just really like the vibe at CorePower. I appreciate how clean the women’s changing room is.
