CorePower Ballard is THE BEST PLACE. I just moved to Seattle three months ago, and immediately found a community here. The instructors are so kind and make an immediate effort to get to know you. The classes are challenging in the best way--I always leave feeling accomplished (and very sweaty). Walking into the studio at CorePower is always a highlight of my day.
I love Core Power Yoga. Yoga sculpt is my favorite class. The instructors, music, and workout are amazing. The only problem is they don’t have one in Redmond where I live! But, it’s worth the drive to Bellevue, that is how much I love Yoga sculpt at Core Power.
I like that it’s so streamlined, professional, on time and complete. Teachers know what they’re doing and every class is a new kind of amazing. Somehow it all stays personal and authentic! Whatever you’re doing, keep it up.

I have visited over 30 CPY studios around the country and Cap Hill is my fav❤️rite. It’s the people for sure. Everyone is friendly, inclusive, and genuinely empathetic. Super Fantastic management team! The studio is super clean and organized. Thank you, Cap Hill CPY staff... keep up the terrific work.🥰

I loved how Gabrielle lead the class. She didn’t talk too fast, moved around class so everyone could see what she was doing, and the words she ended the class with made me think- “YES!!”

Really liked the instructor. It was a level 1 class but still felt challenging and personal. Appreciated her demo-ing a few key things, but not making the class about watching her do poses. Will def come back to this class/teacher.

I love all of the classes and services! However, if I was completely honest about instructors,
I don’t think Tori is a good instructor. She moves at a pace that is too quick and could cause injury. It doesn’t seem like she has the right expertise in fitness to be teaching such an intense class.
