The staff is very friendly at the front desk and in class. Any questions I have whether it was about the classes or products being sold in the store, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in general is awesome. I am enjoying it all so far. :)
I find many of the instructors are well trained and apply their individual approach instead of being a factory line process that always look the same.

Kai is the best! Each class of his is unique working different areas of your body with a new flow, nice balance of stretching and calm. He has a relaxing tone, and I always feel like I get a workout and it was time well spent on myself.

The instructor was fabulous-- a great workout was packed into that lunch hour.only complaint: close blinds completely in the studio because the movers unloading things outside the window are distracting.

My first visit to Core Power Yoga was this past Monday and I have been very happy with the sessions I've attended; the instructors are fabulous and I appreciate their clear instructions and helpful attitudes.
