I love Core Power HPF and Y2. It challenges me in balance, endurance, and flexibility. I like the fact it strengthens the body without infusing Eastern mysticism (I am a dedicated Christian).

My daughter and I took hot fusion yoga for the first time and Mimi was awesome. The class was a perfect combination of cardio work and flexibility. I sweat so much and still felt the effect in my legs few days later.

The instructors and the studio environment is amazing!
I appreciate the late afternoon and evening classes. I work during the day and cannot attend classes before 6p. CorePower had many classes available as late as 9pm. This is the main reason I signed up with CorePower. I hope to see more evening classes open up. The teachers at the studio are great. They encourage and teach in a positive manner. It's my therapy!
Core Power Poway is my home studio. Kelsey offers excellent customer service. She is prompt and responsive. I recently had an issue which she resolved for me quickly. Plus her teaching is exceptional. I always feel so great after her class.
I also have had very positive experiences at all the other studios I visit. The studios are always aesthetically pleasing and clean. I usually like the music too.

Various times for a class. Excellent instructors who always note modifications to add or decrease intensity.
It is so great to get back to the studio and feel the heath. Room was very clean and everyone was everyone was wearing a mask. I felt safe and comfortable to attend a HPF which I had missed so much.
The heat
Excellent Yoga teacher. Emogene Afams is Very professional and have positive attitude, keep on smiling and asked each Yogi on how we doing after the class she stayed to chat with Yogi for any concerns or feedback. So far I enjoying the class. The locations are very convenient for me of the type of work I do I travelled different locations. I do not miss my time of the class I’m glad you guys are re-opening. I can’t wait to take off my mask and take a shower to your beautiful facilities. Thank you for having me be in part of community. Namaste! Two thumps up!!!

This was my first class back! Our instructor Danielle was amazing! She has a natural calming, yet enthusiastic persona. The class flowed seamlessly and at a great pace for someone who doesn’t practice regularly. It was a great way to start the day! I’ll be back for another session with Danielle soon!
